Barbara Macleod

Barbara MacLeod, 71, predeceased by her husband James MacLeod and her sisters, Shirley Marshman, Helen Goldstein and Joan Briggs. She is survived by her sister Mary Jane Holland and brothers Joseph Libby, Anthony Libby, and Kenneth Libby. She also is survived by her 3 sons, Gary, Edward and Bob MacLeod; grandchildren, Stephanie, Amanda, Barbara, Crystal and James; great grandchildren, Logan, Mason, Ell, Isabella and Alexander. September 12th 2016 she was called home. She was a very family oriented, hard working, caring, playful woman and anyone who knew her knew her famous dandelion trick she played on everyone. Though our hearts may be breaking and an empty feeling lingers inside she will always be in our memories and thoughts. She resides in heaven now in the log cabin she always dreamed about with all the loved ones she once missed as much as we miss her. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau on Sept. 25, from 10-12. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery in Nassau to follow.
