Beth E. Overbaugh

East Nassau- Beth E. Overbaugh, 61, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, September 21, 2026, following a long illness, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family.

Born in Schenectady, New York, on September 14, 1965, Beth was the daughter of the late Warren H. Enos and Elizabeth J. (Chambers) Enos.

Beth had a deep appreciation for the simple joys of life. She loved plants and animals and found great happiness spending time outdoors. Among her favorite places was Point Comfort on Piseco Lake, a special place where she had vacationed throughout her entire life. Year after year, time spent camping at the lake brought Beth countless memories and provided a place where she could relax, enjoy nature, and be surrounded by those she loved.

In addition to her parents, Beth was predeceased by her brother, Greg Enos.

Beth is survived by her husband, Robert C. Overbaugh; her children, Andrea Lynn Overbaugh, Tabetha Mae Overbaugh, James Robert Overbaugh, and Elizabeth A. Overbaugh; her grandchildren, Riley Winters, Rosemary June Winters, Evelyn Elaine Amedio, and Kaylan Mary Earing; as well as her sister, Mary Joanne (Enos) Nagle.

Beth's family will celebrate her life in a private ceremony.
