Nassau- Connie Carpenter, 72, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025, after a prolonged illness. A longtime resident of Nassau, New York-and formerly of Palm Coast, Florida and Castleton, New York-Connie was born in New York to William and Florence Carpenter.
Connie was known for her boundless love, deep care for her family, and lifelong devotion to animals. She was a beloved family member, a loyal friend, an avid tennis fan, and a cat lover through and through. Connie touched the lives of all who knew her with her warmth and her generosity. She will be fondly remembered for many things: her gentle kindness, the way she affectionately called her loved ones "darlin'," and her unforgettable Christmas lasagna.
As Connie wished, her family will privately honor her life.
