Edward C. Dormady of Schodack, formerly of Geveva NY passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday August 26 surrounded by his loving family. He was a decorated World War II Veteran in the United States Army who served in the European Theatre. He is survived by his wife of 65 years Margaret Dormady, sons, Charles (Anya) Dormady, Timothy (Lorrie) Dormady, daughter Evelyn (Marc) Clemente and grandchildren Brandi Kelly, Noah (Kelly) Dormady and Micah Dormady. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Ithaca NY at the convenience of the family. The family would like to thank Cheryl King for her excellent care and devotion as well as Community Hospice for their care and compassion.
