Gary Romey

Gary L. Romey, 71, of Nassau passed away on July 16, 2014 in the Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital. Born in Woodlake CA he was the son of the late Louis and Gladys (Cox) Romey. Gary was a plant mechanic with Owens Corning before retiring after 35 years. He enjoyed bowling, golfing and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchild. Mr. Romey at one time had been a volunteer fireman for the Fuller Road Fire Department and The Ravena Hose Company #1. He is survived by his son, David Romey, daughters, Lorene Romey and Treena Hubbard, grandchildren, Aaron Romey and Justin Rogow and his great grandson Cameron Sitzer.
