Lawrence "Chuck" Eaton

Lawrence "Chuck" Eaton, 66, passed away on June 17, 2024 at home. Born on September 20, 1957 in Corinth, NY, he was the son of the late Lawrence Eaton and Bette Barber-Eaton.

Chuck served honorably in the Airborne Infantry Division of the Untied States Army and was stationed in Germany. Following his military service he was employed as a Chef by the Lamp Post Bar and Restaurant, L'Ecole Encore, and Mazzone Hospitality among others. Chuck marred his wife of 36 years, Tina M. Eaton, of Lebanon Springs, on August 22, 1987 at the Church Of The Immaculate Conception by Fr. Haloran and they have lived in Voorheesville for the past 20 years.

In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by his siblings, Carol (Dr. Robert) Rosenblatt of Voorheesville, John L. Eaton and Susan (Robert) Gonzalez both of Mechanicville; brother-in-law James P. (Ruth) Burnell of Chatham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and his four legged pals, Missy, Abby, and Rocky. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his mother-in-law, Patricia A. Burnell of New Lebanon.

A funeral service will be held at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Inurnment will immediately follow the service in the Cemetery of the Evergreens, Cemetery Rd. and Rt. 22 in New Lebanon.
