Linda Sue Hance

East Greenbush- In loving memory of Linda Sue Hance. She passed away at 56 years old at home on May 8, 2025. Linda was born on May 4, 1969. She is survived by her son, Justin Hance; daughter, Jalynne Morris; brother, William; and sister, Tammy (Scott) Burdick; niece, Windy Pidgeon; nephew, Jeremy Pidgeon; niece, Traci Hodges; and niece Tracy Cameron. Linda had a profound love for gardening-especially her treasured roses-and could often be found with her hands in the dirt, nurturing the flowers that brought her so much joy. She had a playful spirit and a passion for horror movies and haunted ghost stories, a love she carried throughout her life. Her all-time favorite movie was Grease, which she joyfully saw 13 times in the theater as a child with her lifelong best friend, Jody Morris. She was a faithful fan of the Boston Red Sox, a skilled card player who especially loved playing spades with her sister Tammy, and an enthusiastic treasure-hunter who delighted in antiquing. Music was always playing in her heart and her home, adding to the joy she shared with others.

Linda was predeceased by her parents, Dorothy and Louis Hance, Robert Phillips, her infant brother Jamie Hance, and her dearest friend Jody Morris.

Services in Linda's memory will be held privately.
