Ruby Lussier

Ruby Marie (Burl) Lussier, of Castleton, NY, passed away, Friday, August 16, 2024 surrounded by loved ones.  She was born on November 14, 1949, in Plattsburgh, NY and lived her young life there until her mom and Dad moved to the Albany (Nassau) area.

Ruby was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Burl, mother, Nancy Burl, brothers, Phillip Burl, Jim Burl, Stephen Burl, and Gary Burl, sister Cynthia (Burl) Lasher, and ex-husband and father of their 4 sons, Ronald Robert Lussier.

Ruby is survived by her sons, Arthur Lussier of Nassau, NY, Tommy Lussier (Pam) of Nassau, NY, Ronald Lussier of Troy, NY, Adam Lussier (Jessica) of South Carolina; a nephew (who was like her son), Stephen Burl; 3 grandsons, Adam Lussier, Justin Hemingway, and Thomas Unser, as well as 2 great granddaughters Savannah and Scarlett and 1 great grandson Silas. She is also survived by her siblings, Artie burl (Diane), Tommy Burl (Jim), and Loyal Burl (Patty).

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 from 4-6 PM, at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau, NY.
