Sandra L. Goff-Morris, 67, of Nassau passed away on May 23, 2018 at home. Born in Waterbury VT to the late Gilbert and Lois Goff she was the loving wife of David Morris. Sandy enjoyed shooting sports, including sporting clays and was an excellent shot. As tough as it was to break into the shooting world as a woman she did and went on to teach many men how to shoot a shotgun. She shot sporting clays all over the northeast with her husband at many of the area's most prestigious clubs. Sandy was a former member of the Connecticut Travelers, member of the Advertising Sportsmen of New York, Watervliet Fish and Game Protective Association Inc. and an endowment member of the NRA. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband and their trailer to go camping and attend NASCAR races. In addition to her husband she is survived by her stepchildren, David "Joey" Morris Jr., Kerrie Morris and Kelly Nusbaum; brothers, Wayne Goff and Gilbert Goff Jr.; sister, Diane Goff. She is also survived by six step grandchildren, Jeffrey Trossbach, Jody Bulson, Justin Nusbaum, Jalynne Morris, Johanna Nusbaum and Delanna Morris as well as three step great grandchildren.
