Sharon Groves

Sharon A. Groves, 67, of Hudson passed away on May 24, 2018, at Albany Medical Center. Born in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Sarah (Stever) Groves. Sharon had a true love for gardening and cultivating flowers, enjoyed spending her time reading and creating needlework pieces. She was a truly wonderful person who will be missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her sister Annette Masse and friend Tony Tiano. She is survived by her twin sister, Sheila (David) Dennis; sister, Sandra Amidon; brother-in-law, Maurice Masse; uncle, Ira Stever; nieces, Jennifer, Nicole and Jodi. She is also survived by three great nephews and several cousins. Memorial calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 30th, from 6-8PM at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau, NY.
