William Lynch

Valatie- William Charles Lynch, 69, of Valatie passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, June 12, 2025. Born in Plattsburgh to the late Anthony Jr. and Clarice Lynch he was a longtime truck driver, most recently for Gallivan Trucking.

William was a loving husband and father who cherished his time spent with his family and friends, while enjoying a Budweiser.

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his sister Toni Lynch. He is survived by his loving wife Cathleen C. Lynch; son, William C. Lynch II; daughters, Bobbi-Jo Lynch and Kelly (George) Ellis; brothers, Gary (Kim) Lynch and Eddie Lynch; sister, Sharon (Buddy) Vincent; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Austin, Riley, Cameron, Sophia, Jasmine, Jaylyn, Logan and Brandon; and the family is expecting two great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16, at 6:30 p.m. at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home, 11 Elm St. Nassau, NY 12123. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with William's family prior to the service from 4:00-6:30 p.m., at the funeral home.
